Burned

1. My order was read wrong to me (It was a thick base, chicken, and pineapple large with a thick base seafood small). The Chef came out to repeat my order as both being thin base. I corrected him as it was a thick base. He told me that it was already made out to be thin. I agreed to his terms and said that it was okay

2. Both pizzas were actually burnt. The crust was black and hard. The sauce on the pizza tasted horrible as it was burned. I was so hungry that I just ate, I mean I didn't have another option. Poor performance on Romans Pizza Equestria. I always made it my number1 choice in pizza, but I will be switching from now on. Excellent customer service thou, women behind the til greeted and asked how I was doing. Very friendly.
