BUBBLEGUM PIZZA

<p>I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I received tonight zewenwact , I called in to collect a chicken mayo feta X2, the lady who answered the phone kept asking me the same questions more than once just to show she was not listening to me,I clearly told her I want a chicken mayo feta, when I got the lady who served me with my pizza didn't even open it to confirm with me like they should, I asked her why but could not get an answer, when I opened the box I found that my order was prepared incorrectly, I was served with a chicken mayo bacon instead, I asked them to redo the order since I do not eat bacon and I'm allergic to it and what they did was to remove the bacon pile cheese on the already cooked pizza and put it in the oven, the pizza was unconsumable, and chewy like a bubblegum,what set me off more is that I could still smell the bacon, this is a very poor way of customer service, I am very unhappy, extremely disappointed never expected such poor service from a well known franchise.</p>
