Brilliant customer service from Romans Pizza

We ordered pizzas online and admittedly didn't check what was delivered until we wanted to eat. At that point, we discovered that one pizza was completely wrong. A message to the only traceable helpline number - a national number - yielded a quick and friendly response. That was followed in short order by a friendly call from the owner of the particular store and a quick and satisfying resolution to the problem. Brilliant service, thank you!
