Brackenhurst Romans pizza

I've never experienced such Services ever...I called Roman's pizza at 18:44 to be exact and I get there at 19:18 as my receipt states as I have proof,as I made payment at that time,I wait for my order and at that time I'm too chilled because the lady didnt introduce herself I say the order is for masechaba,I pay and I'm order number 213...I hear them calling out order number 216 and I go to the front to find out about my order...the response I get was they had misplaced my order or a customer took more pizzas then he should have taken,and this was at about 18:30...I had to wat again for them to remake my order as they said they excuse...only received my food at 19:55... On top of that I ask for my receipt and inform the cashier that I am goin to lay a complaint...she turned around and said it's fine and laughed about it...what was the point in me calling?? To collect my order and have to wait? Only recieved my order After order number 226...cashier name is Zama Khanyo...all the staff has no name badges so you can't tell who is who!!BAD SERVICE
