Bogus call and collect service

So since Romans pizza has this call and collect service I decided to try it out. I called and ordered my pizzas, they said it would take 20 to 25 min. I get there 30 mins later my pizzas aren't ready and I'm told I have to wait only to find out later that they never took my order when I called. So I'm waiting again for over 30 minutes....my question is what's the point of this \Call and collect"service???"""
