BLOWN AWAY by Braam Fisher Romans Pizza

Incredible client satisfaction from Aarci and her team at the Braam Fischer Romans Pizza franchise in Randburg. A trainee staff member had let us down badly on the day of our function. At the moment our party was starting, I called our driver to find out what the hold up was ... only to discover the lady in question had handed our 10 pizzas to another customer and then left us hanging ... and hungry. And not a little angry. We had to make a plan with another pizza franchise ... and fast. (so shout out to Del Fornos in Bromhof too!)

Manager Aarci called me first thing the next morning to apologise profusely. She LISTENED to me. And then she made the very generous offer of 10 pizzas of our choice any time we were ready - absolutely FREE of charge. And boy did she deliver!
