Bizzar Service ever, it felt demeaning!

On the 10 December 2021, I went to Delmas Romans Pizza, what a bizzar service, one of the worst service I have received, I used the drive through option to purchase the pizza, when I got there, the lady who was wearing black clothing only looked at me, called the other lady who had cheese in her hand for whatsoever reason, they communicated the again looked at me then they continued with whatever they were doing. My car idled for about 5 minutes, petrol burning for just people to giggle and enjoy their moment. Luckily the lady from the front came through to assist as I was about to leave. She even asked them why aren't I being served, they all kept quiet (as now there was a guy who was drinking whatever he was drinking at work). The third lady who was short in size just kept on dancing and singing. This should be improved. It's so shaming!
