BEST ROMANS EVER!

We have been fairly regular customers of the Romans Hayfields branch in Pietermaritzburg for over 4 years now. I have always found their staff eager to help and competent to do so. Whether we place orders via calling or popping in to place the order, the manner in which we are treated is always the same. I would describe the attitude of the staff as what you would expect on an opening (launch) day, but with nothing else going wrong. Asking for simple things like extra cheese, which is not really needed because they do not skimp out on the cheese anyway, is always met with a smile. And then it is actually added to the pizza by the staff at the back. Also, one of the pizza's we enjoy is the Feteroni, but it can sometimes be too hot... If you ask them to take it easy on the chilli they understand what you mean and actually reduce the amount they put on. No fuss.

I would like to commend them and say thank you.

Keep it up. When we move to the other side of the city we will still support this branch.
