Badly managed business

I’m hoping this review could serve as comments and suggestions as this business could do so much better, it’s stuck in the dark ages, great pizza with a terrible business model, their website doesn’t work and they’re not on Uber eats, they have missed out on about 30 orders just from me this year, because getting delivery from them is harder than going to home affairs, big business with real bad management
