bad staff and lies
romans mercury rd , benoni 11/12/2019 17.45pm i do a call in order and am told 30min to collect , i leave 5 to 7pm i arrive .i pay for order .three staff on front counter just talking to each other as if you are not there.i ask where is my pizza after waiting and waiting .i get told i must be patienct .only one oven working ,staff keep talking away .next customer walks in to order .pays and gets told 30min till order will be out..lie to clients with a straight face and no concern..i suggest nobody ever tries to order here ..service sucks and useless staff.mornay

i dont mind a bit of bad service , its all over .im in the service industry and i would be crusified if i tried that .just the fact that the staff dont care because the minute you pay for your food it means you must wait .even knowing it will be at least a hour , wish you could have seen the faces of the people that were also waiting with me.im sure this shop lost easy 20 customers in one hour yesterday easy
