Bad service rude staff

Bad service rude staff and very dissapointed by managers or whateva you call them I call and placed a order and called again to confirm they gave me a order number and they told me it will be ready with 2min remember i arrived and the staff absolutely rude and have bad attitude m disgusted by lack of communication and no mutal agreement and they couldn't find the order and asking me stupid questions mxm m very angry
