Bad service, rotten attitude and ******** manager

i went to romans pizza hatfield last night and as i placed my order the woman serving me was beyond rude. she had a tired look on her face and releazed this on customers. i asked how long my order would take and they said 30 mins, i found myself still waiting after 45 mins. i then decided to have a drink while i wait and i asked the same woman for their wine prices and she looked at me blank like i was asking for a miracle, basically she ddnt give me the price. i asked another waitress for water cz id been tired of waiting and she said sh had to serve paying customers first-as if i was getting my pizza for free. when i finally went to check on my order it had been out forever and i had checked it before yet they said it wasnt out. it was cold and the manager had the nerve to tell me its still hot. she was walking around wearing an apron like a lady selling pap at a trailer , in fact those ladies' service is way better than this woman's. i got attacked by two cashiers as well as their manager for telling them that their service is not impressive. even another customer agreed with me. im disappointed in the managers lack of leadership as she was supposed to hv listened to me!
