Bad service - Romans Pizza Roodepoort

I called in an order yesterday and was advised that it would take 15 - 20 minutes to prepare. When I arrived half an hour later, the cashier swiped my card before checking if my order was ready, which it was not. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I asked about my order and it was still not ready. Someone who I assume is the supervisor then came out of the back and advised that he doesnt know what happened with my order and that it is now being prepped and would take an additional 15 minutes. I requested a cash refund as my card was swiped before checking if my order was ready.

This turned to be a big inconvenience and a waste of time for me, not impressed with their service at all!
