Bad service roman's pizza denlyn mall

The service yesterday was very disappointing. I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5:22 but only received it around 10pm when it was cold and soggy and my cool drink was very warm. No communication from the store. Only the driver who told me the bike was broken and that the store is organising someone else to deliver..
