Bad service (putting it politely)

To who it may concern:

Using your online ordering service to place an order as I’m unable to use Uber or Mr D, where I can at least get results when the service is bad.

Using YOUR ordering system was fine, placing and order at 17:50 at the Weltevreden branch (Order Number 224) Order Confirmation stated that the pizza will leave the store in 60 minutes… anyway, at 18:25 I call the store to check up on the progress. It might be possible that the drive is lost, or there was a delay of some sort. 35 minutes is enough time to get my order delivered, one would think.

So the store informs me that the drive is on his way and should arrive shortly. So I wait.

19:22 I phone again, This time, there was a mistake with the order and the driver was sent again, about 10minutes prior to my call. Mistakes can happen, so I wait.

19:57 I phone the store, AGAIN! Apparently the driver has one leg, is using a monocycle and has a flat tyre. Because he is still on his way and taking more than 30minutes to drive about 6-8 km.

20:26 - So now the drive went to his house with my paid pizzas. Awesome.

20:31 Store phones me - WOW!!!! They also don’t know what happened to the driver. I’m told that they are going to make the pizzas again, for a second time… strange, as at 19:22 it was already remade due to an error… seems that I was ignored initially.

20:59 Store phones again, this time looking for my address. One would think that the address would be available since I supp**** it when registerring for the worst service.

21:10 Driver arrived, but guess what! The F&@$ing order is wrong!! Whoopi &@$ doo!!

So, thank you for nothing!! Romans pizza has official the worst service and most ***********.
