Bad service, placed order twice, no record of my order.

I placed an order online. I then proceeded to register. Once registered, the order dissappeared. I then called the Northriding branch and placed the order over the phone. They told me to collect in 25 mins. When I arrived at the branch, they had no record whatsoever of my order. Absolutely useless service!!!! Extremely disappointed as I really like their pizzas. But I see the only way to place an order is to go to the branch yourself. Otherwise, the incompetence is unbelievable.
