Bad Service Long Waiting Time!!!

I am honestly just having bad experiences lately. This is not the first time where I came to Romans in Parkrand. And received the same pathetic service first I called and they dropped the phone. I came in store I ordered something which should not take long.

They adviced 30 mins max I have been in store for 1 hour 30 mins. With just 2 mins then we about to pack your order I am honestly over this bad pathetic service.

Is my order not worth it? Is my business not valued!!!

What should be done to receive the necessary service from this damn romans????
