Bad service, late and wrong order, cold pizza

Round about 18:09 we placed an order telephonically, 2 large thick base four in one, 1 large tropical thick base and 1 large Hawain thick base, as always and the lady said the order will be ready in 20min time. 18h30 we paid for our food and same was still not ready. 18h40 the lady at the counter gave us only 3 pizzas. We told her that we ordered 4 and paid for 4 pizzas. We showed her our slip. She then gave our pizza to the mr delivery driver. We again had to wait for our food. Customers who paid and ordered at the desk after we ordered and paid received their food before us. Dissapointed and not checking the last box, we went home, opened the box and we received a Hawain thin base pizza with mushrooms, which none of my family members eat. The pizza was cold, hard and dry. This was the worst pizza i have ever eaten. The service was horrible. We are regulars and this is the service we receive??
