Bad service from Roman's pizza

I ordered pizza form the Ga-Rankuwa branch for delivery at 18:37 and followed up on my order at 19:35 and was told that the driver has already collected the order and was on his way to me. The store called me about 15 minutes later to check if I got my food which had not been delivered. The driver then called me at 20:03 asking for directions coz he just got my order and was on instructed to deliver to me first. Either the shop or the driver is lying to me . I will never ever ever buy from Roman' Pizza ever again
