Bad service for a phone order and a driver.

I have received a very bad an unpleasant service from Romens Pizza Norkem Park. I called to place an order for collection. The lady who answered was not welcoming and she made me feel like my call was not so important, because she was busy talking to other people on the side while speaking with her, I tried to give her my number, but she showed no interest or affirmation. I was so frustrated with the response and hang up, after few minutes Romens Pizza gave me a buzz, I called them back, but I was pulled off already with their bad telephonic service. This type of an unprofessional service left me wondering why they introduce phone oder system with such a bad service. Ended up ordering online which was not convenient for me because I was on the road already and just wanted to pick and go, now I had to get home, order and wait. So sad! The Oder came and the driver was so rude and shouting over the phone. Very bad service I received today 💔😭
