Bad Service

My son was enjoying a meal at Madelief Romans with fellow students of the same school, Gerrit Maritz, as per usual by all students. As the afternoon progressed, a well-known man of the area approach the seating area and sat down with his pet dog, unprovoked, his dog attacked my son, bitting him on his leg. I lodged a complaint by the establishments manager and was told by the manager that it is neither him nor the establishments responsibility on what happens in Romans Pizza's designated seating area. So my question is, why are we told that we can't consume anything other than the Romans Pizza menu or even use the seating area as benches when the manager so adamantly claims that it is not their responsibility to what partakes at their seating area. This poses many more questions, are they dodging trouble and trying to sweep it under the rug?
