Bad service

2020/07/11 I went inside the outlet, the ladies there just ignored me until one lady that was knocking off told them to assist the costumer they refused and said they were busy with other things, the lady knocking off helped me and said the Pizza will take 20 minutes, I went to wait outside because of COVID regulations, it passed 20 minutes whilst waiting whereas other people were receiving whilst outside, I decided to go inside to ask if it was ready, the three ladies that refused to help decided to ignore me and looked at each other whilst the one lady stood leaning on the rack that had a ready Pizza on. She asked me if I bought the Pizza from her. I kept quiet in dismay. The other lady took the pizza and gave me If I could, I would have asked for my money back. I am very hurt and disappointed.
