Bad service

I place an order online at 5pm on the 28/04/2022, at The Berg Romans and when call at 5:50 pm, they did even have my order gave an excuse of the network being and issue and told will have my order in 20 mins, called back at 6:30 then was told there is no drivers and that they only delivered 5 Km radius, and I am 6.5 km. When I ordered online you were fine to debit me and then told no drivers at 6:30 at 7pm still nothing I am really disappointed appointed and unhappy with you service, Pizza never delivered
