Bad service

I ordered from your Atlyn branch and was told to collect after 20 mins. I got there after 20 mins my order was wrong and they sent it back after 20 more minutes of waiting my order was wrong again. Now I had to wait extra 15 mins which I was trying to avoid by ordering to just collect
