Bad Service

I visited the Glen Marais store on the 15th of December to purchase a pizza. I arrived at the store at 18:00 and did my purchase at 18:07.

Customers who bought after me received their orders and left. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my order.

The lady I spoke to said I must wait for some few minutes. I waited again for another 15 minutes and my order wasn’t ready. At 19:00 I went back to the counter to ask about my order. The lady told me that unfortunately they are preparing orders for customers who called the store first and they will do my order later.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. If I had airtime like the special customers who called the store first, I would have done that. My money is not important and as a customer I am not valued.

I received my order at 19:10 and am so so disappointed.

As much as I love Romans Pizza, I have decided to take my business somewhere else where I will be valued as a customer, and where all customers will be treated the same.
