Bad service

Good day I had a very bad experience at Romans Pizza Van der hoff Street. I ordered pizza at Romans and I asked the cashier Koketso I think was her name do you guys deliver? She said whats the adress I then told her my work adress she said the order will be ready in 20 minutes or so, later the delivery comes and I rush to the door with 40 bucks to pay and the delivery guy says no its 59 rand, at this point I'm confused he then says to me the delivery cost is 35 rand. I then decide I'm not going to give this guy a hard time as he was just the messenger. I called back and asked to speak to the cashier to find out why she would charge me 35 rand for a 21 rand pizza and not even tell me about it over the phone when I placed the order. She then tells me that it's the price for delivery, yes I know now because I paid the 35 rand. I asked to speak to the manager since the cashier said to me she doesn't know what I want her to help me with, the manager then becomes very rude and dismissive of my complaint, he tells me I should have asked and next time I should know the price is 35 for delivery, he doesn't apologize for his consultant not telling me about delivery, he doesn't try to calm the situation down he just wants to be heard. I then said to him next time tell your cashiers to inform clients that delivery is not free cause then I could have just come to pick it up since its so close, he then says to me since it's so close you can come take your 35 ránd I said to him I'll come after work since I'm still on duty. After work I went and when I got there he was very rude, cold and again very dismissive of me, he just said what's this about and I had to explain the whole story again like an idiot, like how many people have you helped today that needed to come get the refund after work? So after explaining myself over again like a fool he then opens the roll gives me my money and again no apology, no assurance that next time the service will be better. The worst manager I've ever encountered in a Romans pizza shop. I'm very disappointed.
