Bad service

I'm just to disappointed,ordered at 6 and it's now 10 at night after the manager on duty promised that he is talking to the drive and will even give me a free box of pizza..Ruimsig Roman's pizza!!!I'm so angry that my family had to go through such after I paid R300 for nothing
