bad service at romans wierdapark

I called romans pizza wierdapark to place an order for a pizza and collect it at 18:45 on the 24.06.2015 ( order 277), I was promised that my order will be ready in 15 minutes , I was there at around 19:02 and when I got to the drivethru there were 2 cars parked in front of me , we waited for almost 7 minutes before the one car which was already at the counter could move , it finally moved . when it was our turn to be served , the cashier told us that our pizza was not ready it was still in the oven , we asked how is that possible , then he said there was a problem with the printer in the call centre so we just have to move from the queue and go park on the side until its ready , I refused to move and I asked why did the other car wait for 7 minutes , why didn't they tell those people to also go wait on the side ? while I was waiting the one manager came after 5 minutes and told us that we must move because we blocking his customers from being services , I then asked him , am I not a customer ? and he said if I don't move right then he will cancel my order and I told him I am not moving , he then proceeded to cancel my order and told me to go . <br> <br>
