Bad service at Romans Pizza

The service I received on Sunday the 9th of a June 2024, at Romans Pizza in Hercules Van Der Hoff in Pretoria was a bad one. My order was ready for collection and a lady by the name of Vuyo failed to assist us with collecting our order. Finally when she decided to help us she threw it at us,she didn’t even confirm if it was ours or check if it’s the right one. When we questioned her attitude she said she didn’t do anything wrong. We then called the manager who still failed to reprimand her and failed to ask her to apologise to us.
