Bad service at Romans!

<p>I was at Romans Pizza earlier, the one at Van der Hoff & Gustav Adolf street. I was assisted by a lady called Thato, she was utterly rude to me and started raising her voice at me when I asked her how their sizes of their pizza worked, since I haven't been to Romans in a while. Romans Pizza has changed a lot, since they have introduced so many sizes to their range. The lady instead of calmly explaining to me, how their sizes work, was annoyed in doing her job, as a buying customer, I deserve to be given the information i am willing to pay for. I am really not impressed and my rights as a customer has been infringed. I don't think i'll ever buy at Romans again!!!</p>
