Bad service and product from Romans tzanee

On 19 Feb 2021 went to buy pizza from Romans pizza in tzaneen i order 5 pizzas at 19:23 ask the lady how long it will take she say it will be 15 min as i was waiting for the pizzas all the peoples that order after me got there pizzas and left they lock the door due to no more orders and after 40 min i start ask where the pizzas was came home open the boxes and the pizzas is not completely cooked and all the cheese is just in the middel and as you pick it up die slice is the half stay behind in the box. The service and after service and the product was a 2 out of 10
