Bad service and hostile staff

Order was burnt, replaced without informing customer of impending delay, instead of apologizing then, staff member was hostile when l asked reason for the delay, dismissive and disrespectful of customer and his manager, called complaints number and owner(Costa) answered and l explained my dissatisfaction and disappointment at the incident as l actually used to frequent that place now l have to drive further to get our Friday pizzas as l am not going back there.
