Bad service/ and doggy to make online payments as they not gonna refund you back

I placed an order 8days ago and make an online purchase on the debonairs app and my order was never delivered . I’ve been calling them every single day since it happened looking for either delivery or refund, I spoke to the manager who claimed to have passed my issue to their finance for them to make refund but since I have not received any amount from them. Now when I call them they say they can’t help me the only thing they can do is to transfer me ,at all time when they transfer me to the unavailable extension code. this is so unprofessional and bad for a big fast food restaurant like them. I hope they get back to me and send my refund cause this is unacceptable. Potential buyers be careful don’t make online payment
