Bad service

I was disappointed with the service we received at Roman's Pizza at southgate mall. We got to the counter the lady at the counter was on the phone taking an order which took about 5 minutes, after she was done she stood up and left without saying a word. We had to complain in order to be served , we where then advised that there is loadshedding that's the reason we were ignore a d this was explained woth so much attitude. I asked this lady if she could not st least let us know what was going on her response was she was busy. So she was too busy to have the decency to advice us thatshe can't serve us because of loadshedding. I've been a big fan of Roman's pizza but after my experience today I'd rather buy pizza from pizza hut. Wendy Makhubele is bad for this companies business
