Bad service

I received a terrible service at Romans pizza honeydew on the 19th December 2019 around past twelve in the afternoon, I bought a wrong size of pizza medium because I was not well informed about the sizes by the cashier. I requested I return the pizza and get the correct size. But the manager in charge who goes by the name of Yvonne was not helpful at all. She didn't want to listen to my concern, she was rude. At least she would have given me an ultimatum or could have listened to my request. I felt she undermined me so much.
