Bad service

Firstly the Romans Pizza online ordering is too busy and complicated and wouldn't allow me to remove something from my cart after selecting my pizza as it kept freezing then it accidentally placed two Sava Flava deals to the restaurant and I tried calling the restaurant to cancel the order just seconds after it had been confirmed but the staff at Romans Pizza New Redruth told me that the pizzas are already in the oven and the order can't be cancelled and who would pay for those pizzas if I cancelled? I found myself paying for extra pizzas I did not need. As I collected from the store I had informed them I called to cancel the other box of pizzas but they wouldn't allow me to. The staff at New Redruth were really unprofessional and rude.
