Bad service

I called in for my order at Romans Norkem Corner, order number 200. I specifically emphasized 1 thick base bbq chicken and thin base Regina. I received both orders thin base. This is not the first time this happened. And the cashier that was assisting me Yared Bianca said the order was put through the way I insisted but to my surprise nothing was written on my slip.
