Bad service

I would like to lay a complaint regarding romans pizza Lenasia south. I ordered online and there was no where in the app where it tells me that they don’t deliver to my area, the store called me to tell me that they don’t have sprite they have other flavours then I ordered another flavour, I then spoke to the some guy he said they don’t deliver in my area and I think he called his supervisor or something coz it was a lady, I then Spoke to the lady and she said they don’t deliver in my area and she said I must pay R10 extra for delivery, and she asked if she should cancel or process my order I told her to process my order I’ll give the driver the R10 but in cash as I’ve already paid for my order online, mind you when I ordered the pizza the was no message saying that they don’t deliver in my area, so by the payment going through for me, as a consumer it meant that everything went well and delivery will reach my destination.I ordered online for the pizza to be delivered at my gate if not at the doorstep coz I don’t have a car. When the driver called me he wanted me to drive to meet him at the entrance of my area of which it’s more 2km, and of which I couldn’t walk so far for pizza, then the driver said no I don’t deliver in your area and I told him I can’t it’s too far then he hung up the phone then the lady at the store called me telling me that why did I not meet the driver half way, now she has to cancel my order and I won’t get my money immediately it might even take 2-3 months for the refund, I’m very furious with romans pizza lenasia south and the customer service I received and also the online system, and the pay on delivery or using speed point option was greyed out so I didn’t get any other options. Can I please be refunded because I don’t understand why must it take 2-3 months for me to be refunded and whereas it wasn’t even my fault, other apps if they don’t deliver in a certain area they do state in the app it doesn’t let you continue to pay if they don’t deliver, so I’m sure if romans is trying to **** us or something
