Bad service

I had a bad service at Roman's Pizza at Selcourt Towers, I made an order for two large Pizzas and requested for thick base and the cashiers told me straight in my face that I came late and they don't do thick bases after 8pm, what shocking is that both cashiers did not see anything wrong about telling their sad story of bad service and the sad thing is that why would pizza maker say they offer pizza and can choose between a thick base and a thin without being specific about the time allocated for the customer to choose their preferred pizza and when the customer comes to their shop the customer has only option.
