Bad service

I placed an order at 17h25 and was told it would 36min. While waiting for our order we saw how they talked our other patrons foods and was concern our the spit that might contaminate there food. At 18h15 our order arrived. They talk in the kitchen(socialising) while we the customer have to wait. Service at Roman Wilro Gate has always been a problem and the owners don't care as long as the make profit.looks like customers in South Africa must just accept bad service and pay for it. Businesses need to understand that they are not in politics where we pay tax for little or no service. Business we pay for service and we demand good no excellent service.order nr 286
