Bad service

Ordering pasta for take away but chew chappies and never telling customers that the pasta is going to be 30 to 45 min every one is helped before us and when we got up to ask only then we are told that its gonna take so long unhelpfull and bad service will tell everyone not to come here even manager does nothing or is there a manager we dont know i am putting this on but know nothing will come of it you never here from them
