Bad Service

This is my second time I am experiencing bad service from Romans Silverlakes. I placed an order yesterday, 2x large Four In One, bacon was not well done, it looked like the whole pizza was put in the oven for a few minutes then delivered. I don't want to talk about the meat, it looked like cat food. The first time I waited for my order for more than 4 hours, it looks like they never do things right.
