Bad service

On the 18th of February I went to Romans to buy any 2 large pizza, because I'm on wheelchair I did send my son in and we were parking at the door, he came back with receipt showing R198 and I sent him back to explain that we need the 2 large for R99 but noma said they don't have system to return money to the card then we said cash is fine, they refused, then we went to the manager who was in the car outside, when we speak to him he gave us bad attitude and left us,he didn't care, he took us for granted, then we went back to the shop, by that time pizza was not done,my son was walking around like a stupid, he was humilated and disrespect, that was bad, please don't take people for granted by looking at them, we left the shop without nothing, all I want is my R198 back and no longer going to that shop.
