Bad Service

I had ordered over the phone which we could barely hear each other as the noise levels and quality of their phone lines were bad- understandable. after repeating my order at least 3 times I was given my order number<br> 30 Min later when I drove to collect, the woman simply asked me with an attitude, No greeting or welcome to Romans how can I assist, I told her i am there to collect.<br> <br> She then asked yet again with Attitude my order number which I supp****.<br> she went on to say that my order is not yet ready . okay its month maybe they really busy, didn't look like it but okay MAYBE!<br> I then asked her the ETA for which it would be ready which she responded by saying \Huh"as though she could Not understand me. I repeated yet again my question.<br> Mind you she was leaning against the counter while attending to my request.<br> she then then said it will take 45 Min. 45 after I pre-ordered half an hour AGO????<br> <br> Needless to say I told her to just cancel my order!<br> Thank goodness Nandos was next door which I got an amazing service <br> <br> I wont be utilizing Romans service anytime soon<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> An unhappy customer <br> """
