Bad service

I went to Roman's pizza at Boitumelo mall in Thabong, before going there I called their store several times and the phone was not answered, so when I get there I place my order and I asked the lady why aren't they answering, rudely so, she told me that Roman's law says she must not answer calls when customers are in queue. That I could understand but it was not necessary for her to be rude and to make things worse, when my order and others came out, instead of calling us she slided them aside and went to the back, other order was again placed on the rag but she slides it as well. Then she called a lady customer who ordered long before us, only to tell her that her order was skipped. So only then she decided to give us our orders. I'm not happy at all with the service. Please train employees what customer service is
