Bad service

I bought pizza yesterday at Romans Pizza at the Meadowdale Mall in the later afternoon, wow, shocking service, the man who helped me Cleary does not know how to say please and thank you, he gave me this look as if I just stole food out of his mouth, while standing in the store I heard other customers complain about the horrible service, Is the staff at the till not the face of the company?? Normally Romans is a awesome place and they have awesome customer service, clearly not this branch!! That store just lost me as a client.
