Bad Service

Tonight, 23/11/23 I decided for the first time in a long time to order pizza from Roman's Mayville and YET AGAIN I regret it. I orderd pizza at about 19:40 and the lady told me 45-50 minutes which would make delivery anytime from 20:30. I decided to wait until 20:40. A few minutes before 21:00 the guy shkwed up so I sent him back with the order. My Kids were already in bed, they took almost twice as long as they said it would take (not the first time mind you) and they don't even have the decensy to let me know they are running late. If she phoned me and told me that there is a delay I would have accepted it because in my industry, if I am running late for a client, even if it is just 5 minutes, I let them know. The service at Roman's Mayville is absolutely pathetic and it is getting worse. Ironicly one of my clients told me not too long ago how bad the service (especially delivery) is at the Mayville branch. If this keeps going on and more and more people are gonna start complaining about this they are going to lose alot of business just because of incompetant staff.
