BAD SERVICE

<p>Myself and my family are regular customers at Romans however, on Sunday 18/06 we had a bad experience at your Blackheath Johannesburg branch.</p> <p>Firstly I called in my order at round about 18:00 even though I wanted to fetch it at 19:00. I called it in early as l knew that you had your R99 special. I had also told the person that took my order that I was only coming at 7. I got there at 7 as I said, but the guy that gave it to me said that he thought I was not coming to fetch which makes me think that it had been sitting there a while. He made me feel the bottom of the box to say that it still hot. I just grabbed it as my family needed to eat.</p> <p>When I got home, I then saw that it was not the pan base as I ordered. I called to complain and the guy that answered said that they were out of pan base. I was not told of that when I ordered.</p> <p>So at the end of it, my family of five had cold thin base pizza which did not properly feed them.</p>
