Bad service

Roman's pizza bank city Johannesburg, I've never seen a cruel company like that, on 30th September we were ****** as customers inside the shop, we lost our phones and bags the shop did not loss anything as their staff run out in back door and left us customers inside as the 3 guys were taking our belongings no panick button and afte we were told to write what ever we lost they will call us back, even now we haven't got any call or feedback to show they don't give a damn about it's customers 😢
