Bad reflection of the franchise

My family loves Romans Pizza. The Fordsburg and Florida Glen branches, have the most outstanding customer service and food. Given the age of the new branch in Industria West/Maraisburg, their customer service sucks and food does not meet the quality of any of the other romans branches I've been to. As we live in closer proximity to the new branch, we've been there 5 times and they never have thick base, one of the staff said that they've never had it as it must cost more than thin base. Their Pizza doesn't taste the same or good and the Management in store is not interested in assisting and turned us away when we advised that the pizza was bland
